Listening to the postgame. One of the first things out of Marlin’s mouth was, “they got a lot of the whistles.” I understand they were bad today. Swallowed the whistle late for us. Took 2 points off the board. That being said, I don’t care how bad they are, I don’t want to hear that as a first excuse from a coach. At the end of the day, TXST had 5 more free throws than we did. The problem is that they made 82% and we made 65% including the front end of a 1 and 1. Another issue is that we had one guy with 16 rebounds, another with 8, and nobody else had more than 2. I know that we’re missing one of our big guys but I’m tired of seeing the same ____ over and over again. Nobody helps on rebounds and we get killed down low. How many years do we have to see this before we make a change?
