WBB: Louisiana Wins Thriller Over Troy, 92-83

Speaking of officials, 55 fouls seems like a lot for one game.

My goodness, went look at the box score. Four players fouled out for Troy, one for Cajuns and each team had 3 with 4 fouls? There’s 49 fouls right there. That had to be painful to watch, refs must of been sucking wind with their “masks”, slowed the game down.

Score isn’t surprising, Troy likes to run. They’ve broken 100 a multiple times the last couple of years.

Paced by a trio of 20-point performers and an efficient night at the free throw line, Louisiana secured its first home win over Troy since Feb. 11, 2017, with a 92-83 victory at the CAJUNDOME on Thursday night.

10-3. Not bad. That 2 point loss to UTA could have gone either way. We had a few of chances to take the lead with under a minute to go, but were doomed by a couple of turnovers.
