He would have to take an off field role. All of their offensive positions are filled. Maybe he was up for the TE position that Peagler got.

So let's this straight, we lose Billy. Billy proceeds to take 25 or so of our coaches and support staff.

We then lose our best offensive player (torrence)
a starting offensive lineman with huge potential (waites)
Our best wide receiver
Our top 2 running backs
Our best corner, potentially best defensive player (garner)


This offseason sucks

You might switch best wide receiver to most talented wide receiver with the most up side. Also the most under achieving selfish wide receiver we have on this team. Not a good locker room guy.

1. Torrence
2. Bailey
3. Gardner
4. Waites
5. Lacy

The top three hurt, they are all difference makers and likely NFL players. Who knows about Waites, but he was probably someone who could help us. Lacy is the type of player we can find every year. No big loss.

Gardner was a 3rd team sunbelt player. I doubt he is nfl potential.
