My assumption is that Leger will be OC in title with Des calling plays.

I think that is unfair to call whomever will be the OC as being in "title." The OC is responsible for much more than play calling. He sets the whole offense, develops playbook, etc.

I’m gonna go on a limb here and say Matt Viator. Has OC and head coaching experience. He was the head guy when mcleast beat us with mike at QB.
