Yes, during the season while the players are training daily. Not after they’ve already been home.

The players will have missed 2 days of regular training time. Sunday was film, Monday was off day. Which puts them right in like for a game that takes place in 9 days.

Logistics and the fact that players are home for the holidays. They haven’t been training since the bowl and even those practices weren’t more than walk throughs. Need to quit thinking like a fan who wants a moment of glory to brag about and think about the actual players & coaches.

I would hope the players and coaches would want this opportunity more than anything or any fan. JMO

The point was, it’s a mistake not to even try. If we don’t get the game because there was a better option chosen ahead of us; that’s one thing. Not even trying is not acceptable.
