We also need to hire a quality S&C coach. That will be very important.

He would be a fantastic hire. Pulling him away from the NFL might be tough.

Former Cajun DB Harold Nash would be a great one, but I doubt he will leave the Dallas Cowboys as S&C Coach.

Lanier Colman is a senior associate director of S&C at Fla St. That dude had muscles in his forehead.

He is ripped. When I signed up to join Red's he was the employee that helped my wife and I fill out the application. He said he was a former player at UL and I said Kwarteng and he said, "yes that is me. You must really be a fan of UL"

    Obviously, I said yes.

Agreed. He looks like he could either strap some pads on…or step on bodybuilding stage.

Can only imagine he will stay on track to success in the NFl.

If we are going S&C at the local level, David LeBlanc at sTm might be the best there is. Those kids are never out worked on the gridiron and overachieve most weeks talent wise. There is a reason the Cougars win so much and trust me Coach LeBlanc plays a big role in that.

He is one of the best in the business at the HS level. I’m just throwing out a local suggestion since it was mentioned earlier.
