I don't know about that. In two years, they have lost 3 games, a bowl game vs a good Liberty team in Overtime in 2020 and a loss to App State this year by 1 point and then a 2 point loss to Georgia State without Grayson McCall.

This team averaged 41 points per game and just shy of 500 yards per game on offense. I don't think every other team has figured out how to stop them, on the contrary, I think they are still extremely dangerous.

Do they have weaknesses, yes, but offense is not where their weakness is.

Nobody has stopped them. Their slight draw back this year had to do with McCall getting injured for a couple games and their defense not being quite as good but the offense was still very potent.

In addition, they had one of the league's best running games as well as the best TE (Not even close) and arguably the best receiver.

I’d like to thank the man upstairs for giving me these talents. My wife, my little league coaches. Bill, who works down the hall from me. Without your amazing water cooler gossip, I’d have not have made it through some of those 2 a day conference calls.

Anyone noticed no major program has made a serious run at Chadwell? Just sayin’

Just waiting on the wheels on that cart to come off.

That is very odd, considering the success they have had. I know their were some NCAA violations while he was at Charleston Southern, but they were Level II violations and across all athletic programs that resulted in vacated wins by they football, basketball, softball and baseball programs.

I would think that his name should come up a few times on some lists. Very odd.

He was linked to the V. Tech job for a while. He might be Like Billy. Waiting until his job comes open.

Yes he was linked, but he was not a serious candidate for that job and has not been a serious candidate for any major job at this point. Again, I state at this point, I am sure he will get a look at some point, but he has not really been a serious candidate yet. Brent Pry was the #1 candidate for the VA Tech job from Day UNO.

I'm glad the kid is staying. Having talent like that in the conference makes the conference a stronger conference. Having taken note of that, why do all of these guys feel the need to announce they're going to continue to do what they should be doing for their own best interest to begin with?

The guy's a good coach. I don't have to like him to see that.

Never said he was bad, never indicated that at all. I know he is good, but he was down the list at Va Tech behind Pry, Elliot and Campbell. The question was were we surprised he has not been a serious candidate for a big time job.

Color me very surprised. He will be somewhere as long as he keeps winning.

    And I concur.
