Missing the signal was one thing…unloading on his head with an obvious targeting was the problem.

It was a late hit penalty because the fair catch called. As per the rules it was targeting. I just don’t think he had intent to do either on the play. Like most targeting calls it’s not on purpose. Calling him a dirty player is a little much. Calling out the coaching staff about controlling the team after that play is also a little much. Now tackling a guy then getting kicked on purpose by the guy is dirty.

Sure. A lot of guys stepped up but when your vaunted rushing attack is held in check most of the game and you need a play and your QB goes for 340 of your 480 total offensive yards, I'd suggest your Qb should be the POG

Proud of the players and staff for winning out. It’s going to be sad not seeing Vallot and LL out there together anymore; their relationship seemed special from afar.

LL kept us in that game with his two long balls. Thanks for leading us to our greatest season, Levi. Quite the accomplishment

I don’t think he is a dirty player. I think it was a bad play.

How about we drop it, it’s already been over analyzed. He ____ed up, paid the price and if anything it refocused and fired up the team.

Don't think so. He ___ up but he was there to cheer on his teammates at the end of the game and that's what counts. Doesn't mean the ejection wasn't warranted.

No he is not. Now can this discussion be over. Too many good things tonight and this year to get bogged down on one play.

Of course you do...you hate this with every fiber of your being. I wish him all the luck...but he was the most misused talent I've ever seen. The way he was used was an albatross around our offense for so many games. Honestly...outside of a handful of games, with the talent we had available, we should have been resting starters at halftime.

Nothing personal towards Levi...at all. He's the NFL's problem now. And I wouldn't be surprised to see him become a very good player once someone has the balls to use him like they should. Now...go back to not caring.

It was all personal to you during the season. You didn't call him a "talent" either. It was quite the opposite. We all wish him the best but he was much more valuable to this team than you ever gave him credit for.
