We desperately need to grow the bottom of the RCAF pool exponentially. That means greatly increasing the number of 50, 100, and 250 dollar donors. Of course you need to give those people incentive to do so. I have suggested allowing those folks the option to purchase individual football game in stadium parking passes at a higher cost than upper level RCAF folks. I think 250 dollar folks already have the season parking pass options. You could charge 20 dollars per game for the 50 dollar folks, 15 per game for the 100 dollar people and 12 dollars per game for folks between 100 and 250. Lower level folks or out of town people who don't make many games may be interested in something like this. Even if you sell only 10 of the 20 dollar passes, that is 200 dollars you did not have otherwise. I don't know how this idea would be implemented but something like this is needed to increase membership.

Seems as tho we have added approx 400 new members in the last few weeks.
