  5. Default ESPN 1420 Georgia Dominates Michigan 34-11 In CFP Semifinal At Orange Bowl

The Georgia Bulldogs got out to a fast start and didn't look back, using a big-play offense and stingy defense to crush the Michigan Wolverines.

  6. Default ESPN 1420 Alabama Smothers Cincinnati 27-6 in Cotton Bowl CFP Semifinal

Alabama's defense was too strong for the Cincinnati Bearcats in the first 2021 college football playoff semifinal. The Crimson Tide won 27-6 in the Cotton Bowl.

Cincinnatti's defense was 14 points better than the country’s supposed "best defense" when Georgia Alabama met last month.

Alabama only puts points needed to win. Last night they were satisfied running, and I mean running, roughshod over Cincinnati. They completed so many 3rd and more than 10 I quit counting. In the end Alabama had to quit trying or they would have scored again.

…and another SEC championship. Not trying to be snarky as both teams deserve to be there, but I actually might not watch. I love college football, but I’m genuinely tired of watching the same scene play out with the same teams.

Really excited about a lot of the matchups today, though.

Well, is it fair to blame the SEC when you saw what failed to even be competitive from the rest yesterday. You have to beat them to take them out . . .

Yes he is, but 2 seasons ago LL2 beat him out to start a couple of games before losing QB1 position.
