Kick arse a couple years and see line up contain some of his post Billy recruits then he will earn a Billy type deal.

It is more important at this point to keep his asst salary and support staff pool at or near same amount. Irony here is that It helped Des some to recruit new staff that Billy took some of his highest salaried asst with him. Hocke/Toney/Juluke.
