Again, if you pay the HC $500,000, what will you pay the coordinators? $350-400? What would we get with that? If anything, I want coordinators with more proven experience simply because we do have a young coach.

I said from the beginning I think it’s more of a general spending problem. I think it’s fair to ask where our money is coming from, because the legislative audit reports sort of indicate it’s debt. Does a few hundred thousand dollars make a difference with $10 million plus in debt? I think so. Some might not.

The HC position here is worth $775k. It doesn’t matter who the person hired is. That is the starting point for our program.

I’d like to see $3M is assistant/analyst pool to go with that as well.

If he continues the current success he will hit almost a million with incentives.

Also, you're not going to get good coordinators without paying them a good salary, and you can't have a coordinator making more than, or nearly as much as, the HC. There mist be a balance in staff salaries.
