    Wonder if Dr M saw this depletion of staff this deep coming. IMHO hiring CMD is a mistake. Not because he’s not a good coach, but always being at UL and not around other quality organizations I believe will limit his ability to pull the quality staff a coach from outside the organization could have, which will then hurt recruiting. I sure hope I’m wrong, but I don’t have a good feeling about this. I have a feeling a lot of you feel this way and are just portraying a positive face playing the wait and see.
