Watch the latest culture video and you will see why Coach Napier is so highly regarded here. The video was just released on Twitter As far as staff goes, understandable those guys want to work at a currently recognized higher level. Success always brings a staff turnover. We had to bring in 5 new guys after last season. Several would have left for better opportunities even if Billy stayed. Toney would have gone to Texas Tech had he not gone to Florida.
