Well, our student section was chanting “F*** App State” at the start of the game both times we played them.

In the old days, the students were merciless but funny.

I think it was Spike Dykes who said after Texas Tech visited, something like "I'd play there every year. They have a pretty stadium, and their students have the best one-liners I've ever heard."
