All I’ll say is Tony Hull wants to be here. He needs to be here.

We need someone for the New Orleans area who has experience in that area.

Tony Hull could very well be our NOLA guy. Didn’t realize that he worked at NASA before leaving to start coaching!

Put Boomer on staff. He’s good at MissDirection plays. (Fools me every time)

Tony Hull’s recruiting the New Orleans area, in particular, would be huge for us. He recruited Pooka Williams and others to Kansas, a nothing football university. When Tony visits coaches, players and parents listen. He would have a hell of a story to pitch representing the best team in Louisiana and one the best in all of college football. Hopefully, Des at the very least, interviews him. He fits the cULture.

With Stapleton on to Florida I wonder if Des might make a call to Brad Bustle, he is currently OL coach at Valpo.

I would also consider Neighbors and Scott for Co-DC. Scott has been a DC before and Neighbors has a great pedigree coming from Bama and working under Toney here.

Yes. We got enough Louisiana guys with des Leger and possibly viator if he becomes a position coach. Only area maybe lacking in la is NOLA. Need A strong Nola guy along with tx ms al and fl recruiters. This is the big question mark about des never being outside of Lafayette curious to see how it turns out. Hoping it all turns up right.

None of the defensive coaches are Louisiana guys.

The having too many coaches from one area is nonsense. Just need good coaches.

Besides that…the 2 strength coaches mentioned would not be involved in recruiting. Tony Hull would give you the foot in New Orleans you need and Decoster has experience with a national title winning team and in the nfl.

That would be interesting Brad left here with a bad taste in his mouth when they fired his daddy.
