Heard from a good source that if Bearcats made playoffs that Cajuns could get in a New Years Bowl and it looks like we are top rated Group of 5. Is this realistic? My source was in the men's room at Cajun Field after win last night.

Nope, cincy counts as the G5 representative unfortunately

We are the top ranked group of 5 champion behind Cincinnati. Since the G5 obligations were filled with cincy making the playoffs, it doesn’t matter. But if they were not we would be ahead of Houston in the pecking order because we were conference champs. They were not.

In my opinion that should be the driving force for all G5 conferences. It's time to demand that happen or threaten legal action. The NCAA is already reeling and I think if all of the G5 conferences stood together on the issue that it would happen. I posted on the attendance thread that this issue is the one that would change attendance the most dramatically. Because if all G5 conferences had a seat at the table this past Saturday would have been for a shot at an NC. IF NCAA football were a business it would have been torn apart already by numerous federal laws.
