Thread: Head Football Coaching Search

    Default Head Football Coaching Search

(It looks like we need a general thread for any updates, I didn't see any.)

Coach Napier left large shoes to fill. As great of a job he has done as the Cajuns HC, he has now moved on and embraced his new job.

We need to move on also and begin to look forward to a new era of Ragin Cajun Football.

I look forward to Dr. Maggard bringing the best possible candidate he can to lead our exciting Cajuns Team to even bigger and better heights.

Mike Dez as HC , Matt Dez as OC and Brent Indest as DC

Brent has coach the offensive side of the ball his whole career and you want to make him DC. OC and run the wing T the only team conference with that style offense. Unstoppable.

Both are going to be missed for sure. Juluke is a charismatic coach when hearing him speak. He was a huge part in developing our running game and recruiting all those great backs that we have.

Of course he will say he looked hi and low, but the proof is in the hire.

Absolutely. After working his posterior off to build the department and a string of very successful hires, Maggard decoded to loaf his way into the next hire of the most important team in the department. Absolutely.

Oh, right. One of the hardest working men on campus decided to take the day off on one of the most important hires in the athletic department. Sounds right.

Nothing to do with how much he works or how hard he works. He's human, he can make a mistake, which I think he did.
