My bad That’s what I meant by saying that. I sure there are other people like him that are interested

I was not really comparing Des to jerry although they have the most similar resumes. Really comparing resumes of all coaches. Stokley was OC of a national champion. Bustle was an OC of a team that played for a BCS championship. I was just strictly comparing from a resume standpoint. I stick by my statement would be the least accomplished resume we’ve hired. Except for maybe one. I am not suggesting that means he cannot have success.

Rest assured none of those reporters can hold a candle to Vic . . .

Nobody is placing sufficient significance on the cULture as well as the evaluation by THE man whose career was most bolstered by the presence of CMD on HIS staff . . .

Seems like he's a great recruiter though. Stole a lot of 4 stars out of Louisiana from Ed O.
Bama like many big schools has crazy expectations. In Goldings 4 years as DC or Co-DC they are giving up right at 19 per game average. The dude can coach defense.

I don’t know if he is exactly ready to be a head coach but we may soon find out.

From Bama DC to UL head coach ? Yeah, I'm pretty sure he can handle the Sunbelt. Whether or not he'd even consider coming here, we'll see.

If the money is right he would consider. He is a Hammond, LA guy.

I’d much rather Dan Lanning from Georgia than Pete Golding.

Toney was going even if billy was going to be here. His wife resigned from cheer coach a month ago and said they wouldn’t be back. Pretty sure Seagrest is going with billy. Leger would probably stay and then Dez would have to convince coordinators and assistants to come who have more experience than he. I could see it being a tough sell. But doc knows way more than me.

Or Mike could be the HC/OC. The rumor is that Tim is going to FL.

I herd majority of players are in support of Dez being next HC
