Doesn't matter who they hire, until they find a way to increase their budget and pay some stipends they will never be able to compete in the modern era. They will always get some decent skill players here and there but they will struggle in the trenches. Decent recruits and transfers ain't going to bum f✓kc Ruston when they can go to Huntsville and get COA and a chance at some NIL monies. Third place in a sh!++y conference is their ceiling and could be even worse if Middle ever got their act together
