Jay Johnson certainly has some positives, not sure if it's more than what someone else can bring as HC. Jay may not be HC material. Dr. Maggard has so much more information than we all have, but it's fun to speculate, and I'm included in doing it.

Bottom Line:
After 4 years of CBN, we should be competing with middle tier P5 programs for a coach.

That was gonna be my next question...Does he even want to be a HC? He has been coaching for more than 20 years and never anything higher than OC. Might just be content staying there. IDK

Louisiana has only been Hudless 4 years, not 10.

Coach Cook loved Johnson's visits to recruits at ND. Singned 2 one year. He was extremely impressed.....thought he was a great communicator.
