I'm not sure who will be hired, but I don't think any hire will be made to simply save money. Dr. Maggard and Dr. Savoie have seen what a winning program means for this University and shown that they are willing to pay for that success. They will hire the person they think is best for the job, and then determine what it will take to get that person.
