I’m sure whoever the new guy is he’ll have a say in who his assistants will be.

If he doesn't insist on naming his own assistants, I don't want him. Meaning he would not be tough enough for the job.

Dr. Maggard sounded like he had a good handle on who he was looking at to replace Billy the other day. I hope he doesn't go for a retread though. There will be a LOT of guys like Dan Mullen who want in on what Billy has built so they can repair their reputation on Billy's dime, then leave the program gutted with no horses in the barn & none in the coral either.

Billy's gonna be tough to replace. But there are some really bright coaches & assistants out there.
