    No it is not. Coach Napier didn't have 85 scholarships to give out, regardless of players leaving or graduating. That is a BIG difference, not a technicality.

    This is a wild idea what about Dieon Sanders? He has turned JSU around and won coach of the year. Also a good recruiter. Kind of torn but he has a resume now and it looks good.

    Each year he was awarding ten or so scholarships to walk ons. He didn't this year as far as I know.

    He won't "just because" they are on staff.

    He also won't try to reinvent the wheel.

    It's not like this thing is broken or anything.

    This isn't anything like any coaching search we've ever done.

    I hated him as a player because he played for the enemy, but his coaching record speaks for itself so far and it looks pretty damn good.

    Whoever is brave enough to hire Coach Prime will either see wild success or a catastrophe. Either way, they will get millions worth of free exposure.
