Do we hire a coach within the Napier system to keep the culture going? Or, hire someone outside of it, starting a new culture? It will be interesting to see what Dr. Maggard does once we find out where Napier goes.

He’s 51 years old. You have to wonder if that’s what he wants.

Golding would sound great. He’s from South Louisiana, and probably has good relationships with area coaches. Coming from Bama, would he possibly be looking for a P5 job?

Sale would also be great, especially if we’re looking for someone who knows the current culture. Also a good recruiter. I’m sure we wouldn’t have a problem affording either.
