Just to be clear, had we beat Texas, a then much better team, we still wouldn’t have beaten more teams with winning records.

We did demolish the only 2 good teams we played. This is a tough team to figure out.

Or it isn't. Maybe they know they can beat the lesser teams with one eye shut and one hand behind their back. They get up for the "good" teams.

Except there's only one left (before the final CFP rankings). If we win out, we will be ranked higher in the other polls, but these days, the only one that counts apparently is the CFP.

I will be pleasantly surprised if we make the final CFP ranking.
