You think you will know by Friday what decision he made? If he did take the UF job I am assuming UF wouldn't announce anything until after the Saturday games are played.

Not sure what he has decided. If everything didn't line up then he will stay at Louisiana. He was offered the job but that doesn't necessarily mean he will take it.

As you said he was given a deadline of midnight, that should’ve either been last night (Wednesday night) or will be tonight.

If in fact he has a deadline, and he has breached that deadline, I can’t imagine him going beyond tomorrow or Saturday without saying something.

And I can’t imagine Florida not going in another direction.

And I can’t imagine Virginia Tech saying, “We will wait until next week for your decision on Florida before we move forward with our decision.”

That said, I subscribe to JtJ’s levelheaded thinking.

And if CG16 knows something, he should divulge.

I will say if he goes to FL, I will have no issue rooting for the gators, especially if they’re playing Baton Rouge A&M. Either way, we are experiencing success like we’ve never seen before, and our athletic director will make sure it continues! Any success Napier experiences in the future, UL will have been a part of his legacy, dynasty, and career. Geaux Louisiana.
