Good luck with that. If a coach has longevity at the G5 level, you have nothing but a mediocre coach at best . . .

The reality of the situation is, in the current state of college football, we are a stepping stone. Which is a huge improvement over a coaching graveyard.
We made a great effort to retain Napier, he chose to go to a program that has a legit shot at winning it all. Which we will never give a coach that opportunity until things change.
Unless we can find a way to triple our athletic budget, then we are a stepping stone.
Maybe can knock off some of that 3 mill in exchange for a home and home contract.
