Thread: Cajuns hoping to extend winning streak to 10, while ending Liberty's 15-game home winning strea

  1. UL Football Cajuns hoping to extend winning streak to 10, while ending Liberty's 15-game home winning strea

The No. 21-ranked UL Ragin’ Cajuns are just a few weeks away from playing for the Sun Belt Conference championship at Cajun Field.

But first there’s this matter of an intriguing non-conference road encounter with the Liberty Flames at 3 p.m. (central time) Saturday at Williams Stadium in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Just in case anyone is curious, that 15 game streak includes 5 FCS schools. Also UMASS twice, Buffalo, New Mexico, New Mexico State, FIU, USM, ODU, MTSU and ULM. Last home loss was to Syracuse in the first game of the 2019 season.

    Not exactly the SEC West.

Listening to CBN yesterday during the QB club meeting, he was kind of happy to see us as the underdog for this game. I think he believes that will be extra motivation for us. We'll see, but this team sure seems to respond well when challenged.
