B: this is not a bowl game, if App brings 4,000 I will be shocked.

Having the Fire Marshall stop sales would be a fantastic thing! But, with the grass hill in play, I think 45,000+ tickets would have to be sold for that to happen.

Fire code includes safe crowd size ingress and egress. Incidents of failure to control crowds range thru the years from the concert the other weekend in Houston to The Who concert decades ago in Cincinnati.
