I like RP3. Even though they lean lsu, they do a nice job covering Louisiana sports.

    The afternoon guy is terrible.

103.7 worst mistake was letting Dave Schultz leave. Once he got used of the Cajun way he was very entertaining. Totally different and knowledgeable. And he called it like he saw it politics be dammed.

I can’t get into anyone other than Foote. He tries to remain objective but has been rooting for the Cajuns his entire life. Hell, he almost got escorted out of Lakefront during a UNO game and he’s the most peaceful guy I know. He wouldn’t hurt a fly but is that passionate about Cajun sports.

You just figuring that out. Terrestrial radio days are numbered.

Like television, streaming is the future for radio, especially sports on the radio. If you haven't downloaded the Varsity Network Sports App, you might as well get ahead of the curve now.

This app has all games that are covered by Learfield. It's really good if you want to channel surf while waiting for the Cajuns to start.

Jay, any realistic chance you get back into regular, daily programming? Or are those days behind you?

You never say never in this business. But I'm very happy doing what I'm doing.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear the game on Sirius XM. Probably because of the Learfield connection.

Good for you. I don't think there were any "radio voice of the .(insert name of the team)" that had their own radio show around the country. I think you were one of the few. I could be wrong though. We got spoiled though.

Downloaded and installed. It looks like it might be a keeper!

Spoiled we were, hence why I’m hopeful that he changes his mind before he retires.🤗
