Listened on my morning commute and just have to say wow, that was a great job. I will throw one more thing out there. As you mentioned GA St is probably the most anticipated game on the schedule. I still think it is B.S. that in nearly a decade since they have joined the Sun Belt we have not had the chance to host them on a Saturday. I don't how much bigger the crowd would be compared to a weeknight with all of the other factors y'all covered but I know at least I would be there. I have still never seen the Panthers play in the Cajundome simply because I don't want to have to take a day off of work to drive into town for the game. I don't who who it is with the conference behind scheduling that keeps screwing us over on that one.

That’s a lot like WKU of old. We’d play at Diddle on Saturday but maybe just once in Lafayette.

Good job guys. Don't think they'll ever renovate Blackham or move MBB out of Cajundome, but it would be nice. If only to not have to worry about Cajundome event scheduling conflicts, and Cajundome concession pricing like you guys said. Should it be a conversation to be had in a long-term strategic plan? Absolutely.

The next time we got Doc Maggard on, I’m asking him. Straight up, is this feasible and has it been discussed…

Cajundome deal needs to definitely be reworked. We are losing too much potential revenue with this setup.
-Ticketmaster needs to be kicked to the curb. There are other options available these days like TicketSmarter with much lower fees.
-There also needs to be separate confessions for UL events so we can control the price.
-Last point, where was the bookstore table? Only need one person to work it but there needs to be swag to buy at every UL event.

They should implode Blackham. It is sentimental to many of you, but in reality it is a dump and probably should have been condemned already.

It's feasible but I doubt it's been discussed.

I'm going bring up Jay's interview because things mentioned point back to the topics raised on Ragin Review.

With Jay, Maggard spoke about renovating EKL. Unmentioned but fact, there are offices at EKL.

Maggard also mentioned Cajun Field suite money and also mentioned using tower space for athletic offices. (competing tower space)

In my opinion, Blackham should be renovated instead of EKL. EKL should be converted into a student learning center with curricula where degrees can be earned.

Like I said, Blackham should be renovated and expanded into the athletic departments main office hub.

That would require new structure attached to Blackham.

Bring everything in from Cox, everything in from EKL, sports offices, volleyball, WBB, MBB when Cajundome conflicts arise. Everything.

This would expand Campus Prime and consolidate all Athletics under one roof, opening up more suites or coffee shops to be sold at Cajun Field.

Maggard mentioned but didn't call it recurring revenue used for financing operations.

Ragin Review got my imagination flowing.

We can get the editor-in-chief of The Athletic, most recognized national college football editor in America, ESPN anchors and Louisiana HOF members and The Athletic Director of this school and the Deputy AD and the RCAF leadership... But no coaches..

    Don't get me started.
