Looking at the depth chart and some things jump out at me.

Lacy is listed as backup to Michael Jefferson, dontae Fleming is now 3rd string behind LeBlanc & Errol Rogers. Dalen Cambre is listed as OR backup to Jalen Williams.
Also Bailey is going to be out another 2-4 weeks

I wouldn't read too much into the WR position. We have played all of these guys as starters/reserves in every game that they have been available. I think much of this is based on matchups, but Fleming, Lacy, Rogers, Stephens JR, Leblanc, Carter and Williams will all get their snaps. I don't believe this is a case of one over the other, it is a case of who had a better week of practice and who is a better matchup vs GSU. But believe me Fleming/Lacy and Leblanc for sure will be on the field.

We rotate tons of receivers in and out of the game based on down and distance.

Just to confirm, I listened to Shawn Elliot's Press Conference yesterday. Players who enter the transfer portal during the season do not have to be removed from the team's roster. But in this case Elliot made it perfectly clear Cornelius "Quad" Brown IV is no longer on the Georgia State roster. Freshman QB Mikele Colasurdo will be the backup tomorrow night vs the Cajuns.
