Louisiana Cracks the AP Top 25, just outside in Coaches Poll.

The UL Ragin’ Cajuns are back in the AP Top 25 college football poll after Saturday’s overwhelming 45-0 homecoming win over Texas State at Cajun Field.

The Cajuns (7-1) come in as the No. 24-ranked club heading into Thursday’s Sun Belt home game against Georgia State.

Winning, we control, popularity, we have less control over.

UTSA moves "up" because a lot of teams above them lost and fell below them. Their bye week, kept them undefeated. Example #1,298,421 of why I believe polls are useless, especially before Thanksgiving.

I view the polls as a way the espn/broadcast people can say over name over and over in a positive light. Just gets our name “Louisiana” out there over and over. A free commercial for our school. If it is a popularity contest then put on your best thong and get out there and strut. You know who you are!
