Levi is #77 on the NCAA stats (some of you like stats) passing efficiency list. You think that is special?

I don't know of any other QB in the country that would be disciplined enough to play under the same passing restraints.

There is a science to the system that keeps defenses on both sets of toes. Some QBs just don't have the self-control to function in a metered system.

Would he be better? I would say possibly, but I'm not sure about thirty slots better. And I don't think he would have only thrown 3 interceptions all year.
