Interesting Boomer mentioned the great Roy Henry was at homecoming. How many QBs have started since Roy for UL and what was their TD to interception ratio? Records as a starter. If the 5 best QBs in the history of the school had played on this team for this coach, how much better do YOU think they would have done?
UL does not have a very good history in football and only recently has had enough success to matter on a national scene. Many previous UL QB's were great college quarterbacks. They didn't have the rest of the team to go along with themselves. Their stats are not going to be like LL's, especially team win stats, which you keep using. They had to throw just to try and catch up because we were losing. It's a dynamic situation and you can't pinpoint a stat and think that's the substance of greatness. The eyes say the most and if you can't see Levi struggle on many of our pass plays, then nobody will convince you. It is what it is.
Geaux Cajuns.
I recall 4 bad passes and another had Rogers just sat down in an open zone, LL hits him... instead Rogers kept running and LL missed him. 4 bad passes and we put up 45 pts...
Lol that may be in the hall of fame of worst takes I’ve ever read on this forum.
