Just don't plan anything on game day and if they change the time it is no big deal. The more we win the more we will be shown on tv.

When announced I really didn't care for early morning game my brother passed out during the Boise game but mother nature helped out with this game and turned out to be a beautiful day with lots of Cajun fans. The results really made the day special.

He is classified as a Freshman.

Fields played less than 4 games his freshman year so that was counted as a redshirt. Played sparingly again last year and no one lost a year of eligibility last season due to Covid. That is why he is a "third" year freshman.

Texas state was without there starting qb today. That affected their play greatly on offense.

We’ve been seeing Vitt the past few years. I remember the first time I saw him, I thought Texas State had turned the corner. Guess I was wrong, but he has one more shot at us.

Great game all around. Congrats to Levi on the record, I know I don’t have to tell a kid with the leadership he has to put on the blinders and block out the BS from his own fan base. But it’s a shame he has too.

They had 20+ players out due to Covid against uiw and emu. All there other games they’ve been competitive.

Just a quick thought before I call it a night. This has been by far the most successful run in Cajun football history and it’s not even close. Levi has been our QB during all of it. Case closed

Of course it is, but everyone in the conference goes through it at some point and time. Having an equitable schedule for every member is never going to happen.
