Just my opinion, but a healthy program should have roughly 50% of its capacity sold in season tickets. A thriving program should be above 75% capacity.
But that’s just my opinion. We fall behind that in football and basketball. Now obviously both have room to improve, but I think football should be around 18k in season tickets.
Maybe 1/3 for success, and 50% for highly successful for years. But you gotta offer at least a couple of outstanding home games outside the conference.

Thanks Turbine. Personally I give to support OUR student athletes. I don’t donate based on who the coach is and whether I like him or not. Some of us are true fans and others may be the dreaded bandwagon fans. Time for true fans to step up and support our university.
