I’m dead serious about them stabbing conference members in the back. They’ve burned bridges, worked to ruin ULM, worked against CUSA/SBC merger, fought our name, meddled in CUSA evolution and publicly talked down to SBC member programs. They have boosters that would rather be independent than associated with the SBC. They are delusional, self serving arsonists that will light this conference on fire the second they get the chance. When another realignment presents itself, they will destabilize all of us at ANY chance to benefit themselves.

I get it and I'm good with that, just give me an exciting team to add to the West. Southern Miss is a great start, but Troy moving over and adding 3 east teams is not exciting and will be a let down for most UL fans. I'd rather just stay at 12 teams, adding Marshall and USM.

But this aint about UL fans, it is about SBC fans and what makes the Belt better, not what makes UL better. The decision needs to be based on moving the SBC forward.

I personally like playing them and beating their butts, but, because of your post being the truth, I would never vote for them in the same conference as us.

I think Liberty ends up in the rebuilt CUSA with NMSU because the CUSA will have to take them, they might not have a choice.

Agree with that. Then their subsidies get cut and they immediately become one of the poorest CUSA members overnight. Would be an ultimate cou for Liberty and another disastrous decision for CUSA. But I think it happens.
