Evangeline Parish - Louisiana State Police insurance checkpoint Thursday
On March 25, Louisiana State Police, Troop I, will conduct a safety checkpoint within Evangeline Parish. The checkpoint will take place from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Troopers will be actively looking for vehicles that are not insured. Vehicles without insurance could be towed and the driver issued a citation. Troopers also will be looking for other violations during the checkpoint.
