Any game can be a “trap” game. Trap, as in not ready to play. Liberty had zero excuse based on either their prior or future opponent last night.

Is a let down game considered the same as a trap game? I always thought a let down game was a team trying to not to have a subpar performance the week after a big win and that a trap game was a game being played the week before a big game IE looking ahead. I don’t see us looking ahead especially since stAte is a rivalry game.
Another performance like this past week and we will see the number 2’s really early.
From what has been quoted here and other Cajuns media is that BN counts every west game as two games. In Billy I trust, and I think we’ll be ready for this game. Now, if AState comes out inspired and plays their “Super Bowl” is out of our hands. I think at this point, being the best team in the west for so long, we get every conference teams best shot.
We got this!
