Crowley Police Officer Danny Spell responded to a collision between a motor vehicle and a bicycle Wednesday afternoon on North Parkerson. According to sources on the scene, the cyclist was traveling north in the south bound lane on Parkerson Avenue when he was struck by the motorist. The cyclist was transported to a local hospital via Acadian Ambulance for treatment of minor injuries.
