30 years ago, I was that college student and my response was, if you don't like the language on the student side, why are you not on the other side. Now I am the father of a 14 year old and a 1 year old and my thoughts have not changed. The reality is if you are nervous that your child might hear some offensive language on the student side or in the REDZONE, then you probably shouldn't have your child on the student side. Their are plenty of seats available on the hill, the SEZ or the upper deck.

During my time, we'd sit near the top of the student section...closer to the mixers...er cold drinks...Southern Comfort anyone? BTW, is that still a thing with todays students...slipping in a flask or a whole bottle?

In '95 we played UMASS at the Cajun Dome. Some yo yo got himself and his kids tickets in the middle of the students, then proceeded to try to get the staff to make us all sit down so he could see. Fool, you sitting with COLLEGE STUDENTS.
