Heard that. I only had season tickets on the home side (F) for one year, and I felt like people behind me were shooting daggers anytime I wanted to stand and yell. Our fanbase has a long way to go.

One of my favorite moments from the student section (2002-2006) was when we were playing Arkansas State, not sure which year. Four of their players sat down on the bench right in front of us, and if you read their last names across like a sentence, it was "Jones Burns Peoples Johnson". We were chanting it so loud that the coach made them rearrange their seating order.

…..I go back to my first year not playing in McNaspy……I am in my traditional coat and tie worn by the guys and sigh my buddy who had had some drink…..the opponent is Lamar and the Cardinal mascot is walking in the area…..after standing for a while the bird has now gotten a surprise…..my buddy set his feathers on fire…..all went well as we charitably put the costume fire out!
