Does not make it right. You were never told growing up something like “just because your friends do it does not make it ok”?
I’ve heard some of the most creative things said in Blackham in the old “Animal Farm” or even on a girls hs soccer field that were absolutely as bad if not worse, but without the profanity.
Profanity = lack of creativity.
I'm an adult I don't need to be around childish language. It's not adult talk, it's jibberish. They use the same few words to convey 100 different meanings. It shows a total lack of thought process and is a sign they have no clue what they are trying to say.
But you are right, I can handle it if it's said to me, and I have a lot of compassion for those who can't help themselves.
If the sacrifice we have to make to get students to the game is to hear profane chants, I'll make that deal with the devil.
