They will leave the middle of the field wide open. South AL took the same approach. Stack the box and bracket the sidelines 5 yards down field

For the life of my I don’t understand why we don’t attack the middle of the field with the TE/WR more often than we do??? Is it Levi’s height? Seriously don’t get it.
