Thread: Levi's lone interception on the Season.

  1. UL Football Levi's lone interception on the Season.

In my simple dimple ranking system, I say the average interception wipes 10 completions off the board.

Do you think an interception penalizes the team more than 10 completions?

I just know it kills every drive, every time, it has ever occurred.

I think we should use real statistics like Expected Points Added and QBR

So is Slug and OPS but they are based off a static formula to for an equal comparison of players.

Good, then don't knock "my simple dimple ranking system" it also is "for an equal comparison of players."

I'm glad you accept the QBR. By that rating, Lewis is ranked 29 in G5 schools. I haven't counted, but I believe there are over 60 G5 schools, which means Lewis is average, which is what most of us have been saying. When you throw in his leadership abilities, and the confidence that his players have in him, I believe he is somewhat above average.... Not great but good... and good enough.... and the best we got.

I'm gonna try that simple dimple theory on my honey do list my wife made for me to handle today. She is expecting perfection but I'm feeling " good enough " theory today.

You are all she has got (hopefully), so I hope that she would gauge the results of your efforts more like I gauge the results of Levi's efforts than how you would.

Besides, I don' think that Levi has ever gone into any game in his career with the mindset that he would do "good enough."

    I'm pulling hard for you.
