Napier is going to ask for big money. He's the highest paid Sunbelt coach. He's a great coach and I'm glad we have him, but as there mentioned. Other programs aren't throwing money at him to barely win in an upper conference. At this point I'm less worried about him leaving now than I was two years pior.
