Acadia Parish ranked 10th in southeast and central Louisiana population growth
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, over half of southeast and south central Louisiana parishes experienced population growth over the last year. Acadia Parish polls show a +0.3 percent change from the 2008-2009 study. This puts Acadia in the tenth slot of parishes with the most growth of those included in the study.
