    And what a contract it is - doesn't winning the conference give him an automatic extension? Isn't that what happened a few years ago when he got his last extension?

    I think that would be awesome. Don't think it should warrant ANOTHER extension and raise, though, unless for some reason that's an automatic, binding kicker in the current contract. No one is going to hire him away for more money just because he wins a conference championship in 2022.
